What´s the best thing you can do for your music under $100

Let´s say you released a bunch of good tracks with the potential of world hearing your music, what would you do if you are on $100 budget ?

I´m not talking about buying software or hardware, I´m talking about advertisement, paying someone to make promo for you, paying someone to make AMV on one of your songs etc.
